Currently www/redmine port is broken permanently because of dependencies mess: recent versions require a newer rails when we have in the ports tree, oldest - does not work with our rubygems 1.8. I managed to create a custom bunlde which makes it possible to meet all required dependencies in a cost of somewhat increased tarball size.\ Patch is available from http://tsatsenko.ru/files/redmine-2.0.0.patch
Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-ports-bugs->ruby - Pass to team ruby@
Responsible Changed From-To: ruby->swills I'll take it.
A newer version is available. http://tsatsenko.ru/files/redmine-2.0.3.patch

It bundles all the gems in a different directory and I think things won't work correctly with different versions of ruby. Plus, that's against how we've done things in ports. Seems like it should use the gems from ports. If it can't work with that, we should find another solution such as having multiple versions of gems installed at the same time from ports. If this new version is done the same way, I think the same would apply. Thanks, Steve
Is there anyone that could release Redmine 2.x port? Thank you so much.
Mikhail's patch is no longer available and there seems to be no way to = update Redmine on FreeBSD. Is Redmine no longer supported?=
I proposed an update in ports/178051 (that works for me© ;) -- *geoffroy desvernay* C.R.I - Administration systèmes et réseaux Ecole Centrale de Marseille
State Changed From-To: open->closed Obsoleted by PR ports/178051. Port was updated, works great now!
