In the src.txz from 9.1-RC2, the file : 
/usr/src/usr.sbin/bsdinstall/scripts/mirrorselect

Is tagged like revision "225467" and appear to be oldest than the svn repository and don't propose ftp4.fr in IPv6 :

http://svnweb.freebsd.org/base/head/usr.sbin/bsdinstall/scripts/mirrorselect?view=log

Fix:
