Description Jos Jansen 2012-11-17 14:40:01 UTC
Garbled screen @ rootpass in installer, no way to set root password.

HP XW4600, HP/Chicony keyboard. Mouse attached through HP1940 display USB hub.

Killed installer and rebooted; stopped in "mountroot" prompt, no keyboard response! USB issue?

Installed 9.0-Release without issues. I am running at least one server at 9.1rc3 for non-essential services at the office but those are "make buildworld" upgrades from 9.0, not fresh installs from optical media.

cheers

Jos

Unfortunately this PR was never addressed before these versions of FreeBSD went out of support. Sorry.

If this is still a problem, please open a new PR. Thanks.
