While trying to upgrade from perl-5.12.4 to perl 5.16.2, the final install consistently failed at installing /usr/local/man/man1/zipdetails.1.gz citing a conflict with p5-IO-Compress-2.045 which also installs /usr/local/man/man1/zipdetails.1.gz. Fix: execute "pkg delete -fy p5-IO-Compress-2.045" prior to building perl5.16. Suggest adding a note to "UPDATING" until file conflict resolution is handled more gracefully by pkg. How-To-Repeat: System built as follows: net install from PCBSD 9.0; portsnap dated 12/07/2012; build pkg/portmaster per UPDATING, update pkgconf/pkg-config per UPDATING, pkg2ng. execute "portmaster -o lang/perl5.16 lang/perl5.12" or "make install lang//perl5.16"; install fails on file conflict

It's been two years since this bug was filed, and 15 months since a ping was sent out unreturned. perl5.12 was removed about a year ago, so hopefully everybody has successfully upgraded perl and IO::Compress by now. Closing this PR.
