	SVN r312532 changed PKGNAMESUFFIX from 2 to 3 changing the
	name to syslog-ng3 but PORTVERSION is still 2.0.10.

Fix: Change PKGNAMESUFFIX back to 2; see attached patch.
How-To-Repeat: 	% pkg_info | fgrep syslog-ng
	syslog-ng3-2.0.10   A powerful syslogd replacement
