Well - I cannot really answer - you should ask the maintainer if the port itself is still relevant - or if it should be deleted.
It tries to extract ports through cvs - which I believe it shut down.

Closing this PR, since the port:
- uses CVS which is shut down
- works with the old package system which has been officially unsupported since October 2014
