Absurdly, linpack lists about 180 single files as individual downloads.  One of those 180 doesn't match the checksum.

=> SHA256 Checksum mismatch for linpack/dsico.f.

Fix: 

Generate the distinfo file.

Please withdraw this CR.   linpack/dsico.f was corrupt in distfiles. 
Removing it followed by a "make checksum" resulted fine, so this was a 
local issue, sorry.
