	Everytime this port is updated, it shows the config dialog several
	times during the build.  Always reset to default, with +'s next to
	all options.  Ignoring what I've entered before, also ignoring any
	attempts to set/force options in /etc/make.conf

Fix: 

I'm stumped
How-To-Repeat: 	# cd /usr/ports/devel/rubygem-multi_json
	# make clean; make [deinstall reinstall]
	- get a dialog, set an option
	# make clean; make [deinstall reinstall]
	- get the dialog again, set option is cleared, all options have +


	worse, use portmaster
	# portmaster devel/rubygem-multi_json
	- get a dialog, set an option
	- get dialog again, options cleared and marked as new, set again
	- get dialog again, options cleared and marked as new, set again

	First is after "Launching 'make checksum'"
	Second is after "Cleaning for rubygem-multi_json-1.7.7"
	Third is after the pkg_delete step

A global fix has been committed in the ports tree as of r321785, which 
also fixes this case.
