Description Eugene M. Zheganin 2013-07-06 20:20:01 UTC
www/squid33 - supplied rc.d script fails to exit.

the problem is irrelevant to the FreeBSD version - it's reproducible on 10.x.
supplied scripts fails to exit - it waits indefinitely for something.

when launching squid from shell prompt - squid starts just fine.

The maintainer has been reset in all squid ports, throw squid PRs back on heap
Comment 3 John Marino freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2014-08-13 07:09:47 UTC
Can you provide a patch? All squid ports are now unmaintained.
Comment 4 Martin Birgmeier 2014-08-13 17:36:44 UTC
I do not have this problem (9.2 i386). The report is probably outdated.

Closing PR based on Martin's comments. Feel free to reopen if new information is available.
