Hello,

This is at least two months that we can not change the language in
firefox-esr-17.0.x and firefox-esr-17.0.8,1.

It lacks the horizontal tab to enable languages ​​in
Add-ons. The installation of firefox-i18n-17.0.8 is not properly done.
