Was having issues using our code review tools to properly create the diffs. The intention is to do a portcopy of sysutils/backuppc and then add the -devel patch on top of it.

No sorry, I've been busy and haven't had a chance to look at this yet.
milki, this has been pending more than a month, more than double the time required for a maintainer timeout. Hopefully you can find some time really soon to review this PR which has been going on nearly 1 year already.
