The attached patch fixes installation of textproc/dblatex for me when I am using TEX_DEFAULT=texlive. Fix: Patch attached with submission follows:

Setting to "patch ready" due to maintainer timeout (7 months) Adding maintainer back to PR, address got lost in conversion
vhaisman, the tex stuff changed recently and I'm not smart enough on the subject to know if your fix is still valid. I've asked bapt (CC'd) but so far no response. Maybe you can take the initiative and report back if your fix still works on the current ports tree. If you say it does, I'll commit it. John
