there's no brazilian portuguese version of the "Handbook Preface" (doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/book-preface.html) available to people who needs to read it in your native language.

Fix: 

checkout/export the brazilian portuguese freebsd doc. project subversion repository content to get the translated file (preface.xml):

bash$ REPO="http://freebsd-doc-br.googlecode.com/svn/trunk"
bash$ svn export $REPO/docs/pt_BR.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/preface/preface.xml
