Bug in Xvfb using RANDR extension

Fix: 

This is a known problem and seems to have been fixed in a newer version:

How-To-Repeat: Start xvfb forcing the RANDR extension;
Xvfb +extension RANDR :1337

query the display to see loaded extensions:
xdpyinfo -display :1337|more

(note that RANDR is missing in extensions)
