This port is unfetchable because site is down.
It seems to resolve:
traceroute to brebisproject.org (94.23.34.180), 64 hops max, 40 byte packets

and whois seems ok.

But the distfile can't be fetched due to this

Fix: 

assuming brebisproject.org service is only temporarily down, the tarball should be backed up in LOCAL/ to restore its buildability.
