As the currently used version of file(1) (and therefore libmagic) is quite old, I want to submit a patch updating it to the most recent version 5.18. The attached patch builds fine on releng/10.0 and current.

After this PR was submitted, file(1) was later updated to 5.19 in 267897.  But thanks for the submission, and sorry that it was not acted on.
