vmstat -i -w 1 does not work as expected

when running "vmstat -i -w 1" the command and its arguments is gladly accepted.
I would expect that vmstat would output the results of "vmstat -i" with an interval of one second - running forever.

However it only runs once and then exits.

Make "vmstat -i" respect the -c <count> and -i <interval> options together.
