libGeoIP.so.5 from net/GeoIP is indeed gone, it is now so.7.  I'm surprised pkg 1.3 didn't reinstall this for me, maybe its own bug, but ports users would need a rev bump anyway I think.  I have more servers to upgrade later, I'll make a note to look closer at pkg.
