fix BUILD_DEPENDS

print/tex-dvipsk and print/cm-super is required only when PDFDOCS option is enabled.

On one hand, I do approve the patch. But on the other hand, pi@ mentioned that this could potentially break other ports that utilize doxygen. In discussing it with him, we might need to figure out if there is a better way to handle doxygen in the future, as I believe that however doxygen is built for its own documentation carries over to everything else that utilizes doxygen as well. It is a bit of a slippery slope.

I've submitted a bug report (bug #192732) that handles the options as OPTIONS_DEFINE entries. Can this bug be closed?
