Update of port www/mod_dav_svn fails and corrupts system:

chmod 755 /usr/ports/www/mod_dav_svn/work/stage/usr/local/libexec/apache24/mod_authz_svn.so

that's a pretty unwieldy title you have there.  Maybe you can summarize the problem in a shorter, 1 line phrase to help bugzilla users.
