Created attachment 158352 [details] nvidia-settings-352.21
I've rebased on 351.21. I chose to stick to the gtk2 build for now, but nvidia-settings is now a loader that can detect and run a gtk2 or gtk3 lib. This loaded makes things hard, and we have to manually specify -lpthread to it or things break at runtime.
355.11 is in the ports tree (r203323)
