Remove patches from devel/gdb that are no longer needed. At least, I found that on HEAD amd64 and 10.0 i386 and amd64 I did not need these patches for the port to build. D files/patch-bfd-elf32-nds32.c D files/patch-bfd-elf64-alpha.c D files/patch-opcodes-cr16-opc.c D files/patch-opcodes-crx-opc.c

You have to specify a comment when changing the Status of a bug from In Progress to Closed.
