Shar with Makefile, distinfo and pkg-descr

It's my first attempt at making a port, so please be polite :) It's tested with 'portlint -A' and seems to be OK. Testing staging is also rather OK. Note that it uses Maven and downloads some files during build.

A port may not download anything after do-fetch. You'll have to either repackage this by hand with all required files included or (better) add all that maven would fetch to DISTFILES and distinfo, and make it use these files during build instead of downloading.

more than 3 months have passed without an (expected) update, so it appears this PR has been abandoned by submitter.  Just close it -- it can be reopened if a new attachment is added.
