My machine sometimes has a panic when xorg is exited. The crash dumps (attached) are the only information I have.

What driver version was it?  NVidia drivers had been recently updated (ports 374695) to address CVE-2014-8298 vulnerability, but they very likely include other fixes as well.  Would you be willing to try the latest version (unless you already do so)?

Similar crash was reported earlier: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=195806

Also on FreeBSD-10/amd64.  Reported states issue does not occur with 331.67 driver version.

Do you still have problems with the recent updates to the NVIDIA drivers?

I have not had any more crashes since the recent nvidia driver updates.
