Uucp logging files should be located in /var/log/uucp, not in
/var/spool/uucp.

Fix: A new directory /var/log/uucp should be created under ownership of
uucp.uucp. Then apply the following patch to the source tree. Since
the logging files are owned by uucp user, their daily maintenance by
uucp.
