Description var 2015-01-18 00:40:52 UTC
The file /usr/local/etc/rc.d/fusefs
is missing.
Therefore ntfs-3g does not work.

The port fusefs-kmod contains an usable script.in:
%%KMODDIR%% -> /boot/kernel/

Describe "does not work". What command are you running, and what is the error message?
Comment 2 var 2018-12-29 10:34:02 UTC
Now, with FreeBSD 11.2, the ntfs-3g works
without start-stop-script.

I'm closing this bug then. Reopen if it recurs on any supported release.
