Description sdb 2015-01-27 21:40:41 UTC
Format an external USB drive with a UFS filesystem. Plug into USB port. Reboot.
On reboot, zfs loader can't find a disk to boot from. This was tested with a 5-disk RAIDZ, but probably affects any configuration.

WORKAROUND: Remove USB drive while booting.
