devel/p5-Moo stopped using Dist::CheckConflicts. It's no longer used, and the dependency could be removed.

p5-Dist-CheckConflicts:
  From Changes 1.004_003:

  - remove Dist::CheckConflicts prerequisite and replace with a test to report
    known broken downstream modules

  Remove the dependency on p5-Dist-CheckConflicts; it was removed from Moo in
  version 1.004. Bump PORTREVISION for this.

  While here, add an XS option that pulls in Class::XSAccessor and Sub::Name
  for speed boosts. In the next version, the Sub::Name dependency will change.
