dmesg from FreeBSD and DragonFlyBSD

Compex RL100-ATX 10/100baseTX recognized by "wb" driver, but don't work on 10.0 and 10.1-release live cd with error:
>wb0: <Compex RL100-ATX 10/100baseTX> port 0xc000-0xc07f mem 0xe4000000-0xe400007f irq 21 at device 1.0 on pci1
>wb0: attaching PHYs failed
>device_attach: wb0 attach returned 6
This card works with M$ windows XP and DragonFlyBSD 2.10 on the same machine.

I wonder if this is related to the MII generic bit-banging changes? Specifically revisions 213894, 221407, and 226995.

^Triage: I'm sorry that this PR did not get addressed in a timely fashion.

By now, the version that it was created against is long out of support.
Please re-open if it is still a problem on a supported version.
