unified patch

Attached is a patch to bring lang/sbcl from 1.1.12 to 1.2.8. As the port is currently unmaintained, I volunteer to adopt it.

Patch has been portlint'd and created with `diff -ruN`, but I'm all ears for suggestions!

This port has just been updated to 1.2.9 under PR 198590 (this PR is a duplicate). However, the maintainer field was not updated.

The next time lang/sbcl needs an update, submit a change and include the MAINTAINER field change with the main change.

If you can fix the issue described in bug 184425 (threading support), that would be a good example of said update.

  lang/sbcl: Install contrib modules (again)

  The module support should not have been removed.  It caused ports
  dependent on sbcl to break during building.  Fix partially taken
  from PR below:
