(packaging/library bug): Shall accept vlc and derivatives, e.g. vlc-qt4.
I.e., shall depend on a library and not on a package (which provides the lib).
As of now, installing the de-mediathek-9 pkg(ng) would remove many kde packages.

Sorry to close this PR, but fixing this is not possible with current ports framework. Maybe sometime later.
