remove the -rc2 suffix from wrksrc

Upstream removed the -rc2 suffix from the distfiles, update the port accordingly.

idiot upstream re-rolled distfile with the same name.

The patch needs a lot more to deal with that.
It also explains why this port is "broken".

This should not happen (another black mark on ocaml, sorry Joris)

  devel/ocaml-opam: Unbreak fetch

  Upstream re-rolled the distfile with same name, and changed the name
  of the extracted directory as well.  This requires the use of
  DIST_SUBDIR to avoid fetch clash with previous.  Also revbump because
  it's not clear if those were the only changes between distfiles.
