Requested changes:

 * Prefer PyPI (CHEESESHOP) for distfiles, unless Github has tests/testsuite
 * License classified as MIT: https://github.com/niccokunzmann/ecc/blob/master/setup.py#L46
 * Sort USE_PYTHON_VALUES
 * Package is not classified for Python 3. support, but USES=python allows it. Is this confirmed/tested to work with Python 3? If not set python:2
