Enable pinentry for gnome3 slave

GNOME 3.17 is switching to using pinentry-gnome3. And upstream wants/expects that it is build with libsecret. Since libsecret is used by other parts of GNOME 3 it is already present.

Build the pinentry-gnome3 port with libsecret support. GNOME 3.18 expects it.
