/usr/ports/databases/p5-DBI  stops coompiling and installation because of missing files in work folder

if I create this folder manually and touch these three files, the installation of the port works, but if they are missing as they are, the installation fails

/usr/ports/databases/p5-DBI]# ll /usr/ports/databases/p5-DBI/work/stage/usr/local/share/man/man1/

total 8
drwxr-xr-x  2 root  wheel  512 Oct 28 12:34 .
drwxr-xr-x  3 root  wheel  512 Oct 28 12:34 ..
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel    0 Oct 28 12:34 dbilogstrip.1.gz
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel    0 Oct 28 12:34 dbiprof.1.gz
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel    0 Oct 28 12:34 dbiproxy.1.gz



after creating this folder in work area, and touching these empty files, the installation finishes without error.

I failed to reproduce this on 11-current, amd64.

Please provide more details.

If p5-DBI installs file there, it means you have an old Perl, you need to update Perl.
