Please add the attached 'sysutils/stated' port to the ports tree.

A few comments and suggestions:
- You don't need to set GH_PROJECT when it's the same as PORTNAME.
- You can set DISTVERSIONPREFIX=v instead of GH_TAGNAME (you may need to rerun make makesum because the tarball name can change).
- `portlint -AC' says you should add USE_LDCONFIG=yes because you install new libraries.

Why does it *require* doxygen ? This pulls in texlive-base, which is huge.

Thanks for the feedback, I will keep that in mind for the future.

However, I no longer wish to package this as an independent program, so I'm closing this request.
