fastd port

Add a port of fastd a fast userspace VPN daemon with modern crypto (requires security/libuecc to be commited first).

fastd port (fixed)

Remove a workaround for a fixed bug in the libuecc port.

The libuecc port installed libuecc.pc into ${PREFIX}/lib/pkgconfig instead of ${PREFIX}/libdata/pkgconfig. This required fastd to tell pkg-config about ${PREFIX}/lib/pkgconfig.
