svn diff of patch

The attached patch updates the graphics/openimageio port to release 1.5.20.

This is necessary as a result of updating the graphics/libraw port to release 0.17.0 (see https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=204553).

Build fine in poudriere.

I'm ok with this oiio update. I have been using 1.5.20 for a while but hadn't updated the port as I didn't think there was any changes that would be needed elsewhere.
