pcbsd-utils requires pcbsd-utils-qt5 as a dependency which is itself marked for amd64 only. I'm assuming the pcbsd-utils port should also be marked for amd64 only in that case as it obviously won't build with the missing dependency on i386 machines.

Nevermind. I misread the dependencies. sorry about that.
