port patch for v0.20.0

Update for port x11-wm/enlightenment to v0.20.0 is available for several days.
It fixes several bugs and includes improvements.

Could you please upload the patch in unified diff format, as well as test with portlint and upload the result of poudriere build?

This diff does not work.  There is additional work on the port patches that will have to be done.
