Is there a reason why the LIBBLURAY option defaults to OFF, meaning that anyone installing VLC from packages and wanting to play BluRay must build it themselves? DVD support is enabled by default, and the libbluray ports are not marked as restricted, so the packages do exist.

It appears that even enabling this option and following the instructions on the vlc site for making BD playback is not enough to actually make BD playback work. It probably makes sense to leave it off until we can provide some documentation to make it actually work.
