happened on 10.2 amd64 also after I upgraded.

Seems the 'Tests' option was to blame.  Unchecked that and it built fine and appears to start OK

FWIW, this appears to match the failure I've been observing, as well.  I'm happy to test -- have a dedicated "build machine" for the purpose.

This bug also manifests in the CURRENT-11 amd64 & i386

I made some 'make check' runs with or without llvm and with or without valgrind and reported back to clamav, see

https://bugzilla.clamav.net/show_bug.cgi?id=11542

In short, the make check has issues.

I couldn't reproduce it anymore after recent changes that disabled bundled LLVM
