PostgreSQL database server with additional patches to work with business
applications platform 1C:Enterprise

This is a revised version of the earlier send port (https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=197992), which is built on a standard port postgresql (Palle Girgensohn wishes).

I hope this is not considered as abuse.
There are people, mostly in Eastern Europe, who really want to see this available in ports.

this is the older version of bug #207424 - let's keep stuff together. (and I feel it is obsolete anyway, but we'll discuss that on the other side).
