.diff file that separates out the error statement

Another fix, this time separating out the error statement from the rest of the text.

The existing version is actually correct markup usage.  However, our CSS was missing an entry to show that text in a monospace font.  I have added that now, and also edited the text in that paragraph to be slightly better.
