a patch for files/ipv6mon.in

If ipv6mon_interfaces variable for rc script is set, command line arguments are duplicated.

ex. ipv6mon_interfaces="vlan4 vlan10 vlan20"

# ps afx | grep ipv6mon 
50146  -  S        0:00.03 /usr/local/sbin/ipv6mon -c /var/run/ipv6mon-vlan4.conf
50165  -  S        0:00.03 /usr/local/sbin/ipv6mon -c /var/run/ipv6mon-vlan4.conf -c /var/run/ipv6mon-vlan10.conf
50184  -  S        0:00.03 /usr/local/sbin/ipv6mon -c /var/run/ipv6mon-vlan4.conf -c /var/run/ipv6mon-vlan10.conf -c /var/run/ipv6mon-vlan20.conf
