nsnake.patch

Hello,

I'm the author of games/nsnake.

It looks like that revision 306760 submitted by KATO Tsuguru introduced the new LICENSE field to MIT which is invalid.

The project is licensed under ISC license.

This patch changes LICENSE to ISCL and update the master site because I would like to separate version into different subdirectories to cleanup the host.
