Revert dns/bind910 back to 9.10.3

Due to the fact that bind crashes with assertion failures in rbt, ISC have deprecated 9.10.4 recommending the use of 9.10.3 instead.

https://lists.isc.org/pipermail/bind-users/2016-May/096851.html

The patch attached reverts dns/bind910 back to 9.10.3-P4 bumping the PORTEPOCH to ensure upgrades go smoothly.

I've seen this crash 3 times on my amd64/FreeBSD 10.3-STABLE name server

Does anybody have a core dump?
Comment 4 Larry Rosenman freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2016-05-16 16:50:13 UTC
I'm not sure it generates one. I can't find one on this system. :(
Comment 5 Steven Hartland freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2016-05-16 16:58:35 UTC
I couldn't find a core here I'm afraid, so I don't think it generates one either.
Comment 6 Dimitry Andric freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2016-05-16 16:59:15 UTC
Ok, does anybody have an idea what kind of query you have to do to make it crash? :)
Comment 7 Larry Rosenman freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2016-05-16 17:01:14 UTC
Unfortunately, I don't. I've see dynamic update failures around the time it dies, but I can't be sure what's actually causing it.
