Hm, If I try to build the port with 
HTTP2=off:
HTTP_PROXY=off:
IPV6=on:
LIBEV=off:
LIBUV=off:
UNIX_SOCK=off:
WEBSERVER=on:

I get the following error:
...

(I'm also curious about is there any parameter make poudriere build all the combination of options?

Maybe you can use 'poudriere testport -c' to handle config options,

it will run 'make config' before test.
