Description DW 2016-09-26 09:23:58 UTC
after following the instructions in UPDATING 20140219:
pkg delete -f docbook-xml\* docbook-sk\* docbook\[2345\]\?\?-\* docbook-4\*
and rebuilding textproc/docbook-xml, and registering installation for
docbook-xml-5.0_3

gtk-doc fails to compile while complaining about not finding DocBook XML DTD V4.3 :

checking for XML catalog... /usr/local/share/xml/catalog.ports
checking for xmlcatalog... /usr/local/bin/xmlcatalog
checking for DocBook XML DTD V4.3 in XML catalog... not found
configure: error: could not find DocBook XML DTD V4.3 in XML catalog
===>  Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
Please report the problem to gnome@FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the
"/usr/ports/textproc/gtk-doc/work/gtk-doc-1.24/config.log" including the
output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to
provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. a
/usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea).

I stumbled across this, because installing gimp/gimp-app with help pages
need gtk-doc.

Reassign to port maintainers.

Think this is overcome by events.
