Description nibbana 2016-10-15 05:55:41 UTC
Nothing about vidcontrol(1) works - stuck with 30 lines/screen,
can't change font sizes, can't load fonts, can't modify beep/flashing,
can't turn the bell on/off, can't change the cursor, the "blanking"
screen saver doesn't work - it's just a mess.

Also, the screens have many "artifacts" - when using lynx, the sides
of the screen (outside the lynx paragraphs) have many odd characters
that don't go away when scrolling (but vanish the a "refresh"), and
at all other times, partial lines or blocks of text appear in inverse.

I can't reproduce the lynx problem. What is your environment? (UEFI vs BIOS, video hw, etc.)
